No party animals at this barbecue

Dear Dog Woman , My hubbies mate asked my partner if it was OK for him to bring his dog to our Work Day barbecue party.

I do not know the other dog, but my dog has never had any other dog over at the house. I suspect its a bad concept to mix 2 dogs together who haven't met in my dogs home environment with plenty of folks and children around.

Its dicey to introduce 2 dogs at a Work Day party with youngsters cavorting, adults imbibing, beef smoking, picnic tables moaning. These are even more distractions than a single Border collie can handle, not to mention your dog and the visitor greyhound. Dog Woman loves the idea of children, folks and pets tumbling together in waves of soda pop and acres of burned sausage, but this Labor Day barbecue isn't the best chance to introduce 2 hot dogs. Let him know if he desires a reason to blame you or, better yet, Dog Woman as we fret about the 2 dogs interrupting the fete. He potentially recounted yes when put on the spot by his dogged buddy who should have known the difference between BYOB and BYOD. Dear Dog Woman , Kobe is a rescue German shepherd, about one year old, and a total love. So far no-one has supply the way to wean him of this heavy food. Ina Ina, a dog should have fiber in his diet, but these rocks are taking roughage to an extreme. There are two solutions : You can muzzle your shepherd when hes outside so he does not ingest anything incongruous. Or you change your dogs food because he might be missing something in his diet that he discovers so amazing in rock cuisine. Dear Dog Woman , I regard myself as a new dog owner ( never had a dog before ) of a Cavachon puppy ( mix of bichon and King Charles cavalier spaniel ). When I first brought my new puppy home when he was thirteen weeks old, I gave him a medium-size stuffed dog. To this day whenever somebody comes over or into the house, he runs to find his doggy and brings it to them.

Hes being suitable, perhaps a little OCD, but who cares? Your dog offers a touch of himself in the simplest way he will be able to the same as if you displayed a new painting or a transformed room to a guest. If you need to get the stuffed dog out of Buddys mouth, offer him something else a bully stick or a gnaw toy.
